Laser Safety Guidelines

• Avoid direct eye exposure to the laser beam.
  • The laser is classified as a Class 3R laser and can cause permanent eye damage.
  • Never look directly into the laser or aim it at reflective surfaces.
• Do not point the laser into the sky.
  • The laser can travel long distances and may interfere with aircraft.
  • Misuse of laser beams in airspace may result in legal consequences.

Flashlight Safety Guidelines

• Do not shine the flashlight directly into human or animal eyes.
  • The 1300-lumen output will/can cause temporary blindness or permanent damage.
• Do not obstruct the flashlight head while in use.
  • The heat generated may damage the unit or ignite nearby materials.
• Never leave the flashlight turned on inside fabric bags or plastic containers.
  • Prolonged use in enclosed spaces can cause overheating and potential fire hazards.
• Always turn off the flashlight when not in use.
  • Conserving battery power extends the device’s lifespan and ensures availability in emergencies.

Storing and putting away

• Do not cover the flashlight head when on or place it on the ground. The radiation heat may cause damage to the flashlight or burn other materials
• Do Not leave flashlight on in any type of fabric bag or plastic container.

Operating Modes & Functions

Light / Laser Modes

• Switch to the left – Light only
• Switch in the middle – Laser and light
• Switch to the right – Laser only

Light Modes

1. Strong Light Mode – Emits a high-intensity 1500-lumen beam for maximum illumination.
2. Flashing Light Mode – Provides a strobe effect to disorient threats or signal distress.
3. Low Light Mode – Reduces brightness for situations requiring minimal light exposure.

Laser Modes

1. Laser On Mode – Activates the laser for aiming assistance.
2. Laser Off Mode – Deactivates the laser to conserve power when not needed.

Combination Mode (Laser & Light)

• The laser can be used simultaneously with any of the light settings.
• Light mode can be adjusted while the laser remains active.

Attaching the laser light sight yo your Byrna SD or Byrna LE

• To attach to your Byrna SD or Byrna LE open the clamp
• Slide the sliding card to line up with the Byrna gun rail
• Clamp down the clamp and it is now attached

Adjusting Laser Targeting

To fine-tune the laser targeting, use the provided Allen screws:

• Bottom screw – Adjusts the laser up and down.
• Side screw – Adjusts the laser left and right.

Ensure the laser is properly aligned for optimal accuracy before use.

Switching Between Modes

The S.A. Self Defense Laser Light Combo is designed for quick and intuitive operation:

• Light Mode or Laser/Light Mode: Press the button switch.
• Tap the switch to turn the unit on or off.
• Press the power switch once to activate Strong Light Mode.
• Press the switch twice to engage Flashing Light Mode.
• Press the switch three times to switch to Low Light Mode.

For Laser Activation, toggle the laser switch independently to enable or disable the laser function.

Charging Instructions

To ensure optimal battery performance and longevity, follow these steps when charging:

1. Attach the USB-C charging cable to the designated charging port.
2. Ensure a secure connection; the indicator light will confirm charging status.
3. Allow the unit to fully charge before first use.
4. Disconnect the charger after full charge to prevent overcharging.
5. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
