I'm interested in the S.A. Self Defense Level 2 OWB Holster for Byrna CL / Byrna CLXL but I do not like the retention system. I'm left hand but I want to wear it as a cross draw to prevent any possible confusing between my firearm and my Byrna. 1) can the retention system be removed? 2) If now to the previous question do you offer a different OWB holster that utilized a paddle? Also do you offer any type of Military or First Responder discount? Thank you.

Works great with my reflex site adjustability for cant is pretty good, I changed to a matching belt clip instead of the cloth which made the holster much more stable on an inch and a half belt
