Shipping Restrictions for Byrna Products
S.A. Self Defense (Superior Alternatives Self Defense) and Superior Financial Alternatives strictly follows these restrictions along with the must be over 18 to purchase certain S.A. Self Defense & Byrna products. If a product is restricted and / or purchased for any restricted state or age limit the customer is fully reasonable for all shipping charges that acquire either to the customer and / or the return from the customer. The customer is fully reasonable to check there local laws concerning any Byrna product. In the event a restricted product is purchased including any restrictions that apply with age or state and local laws. The product can and will be adjusted to fit those local laws including projectiles and or launchers.
All shipments of age restricted Items will be adult signature required. The customer is responsible to be available for signature by an adult over the age of 18. If the item is shipping and / or returned because an adult wasn’t available for signing any and all shipping charges will apply that accrued to and from the customer.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
In the US there are restrictions that vary by state and municipality on where S.A. Self Defense Ammo and Byrna Launchers, Byrna Max projectiles, and Byrna Pepper projectiles can be carried or used, markings that may be required, and other issues. Each customer is responsible for checking the law in his or her own state and municipality.

Due to restrictions and state legislation we are unable to ship the Byrna Less-Lethal 12 Gauge Round to California, New York, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

Personal Defense Sprays are illegal in the following states: New York, Alaska, Washington, DC and Hawaii. No Byrna BGR Products can be shipped to these states.

CALIFORNIA PRODUCTS
- We currently ship the TCR-Tactical Compact Rifle, Mission 4 rifle, and Byrna KINETIC launchers and kits. They only contain Kinetic Solid and Eco Kinetic projectiles. They do not contain the chemical rounds.
- We cant ship ANY products to San Francisco.

NEW YORK PRODUCTS
- We ship to New York State the Tactical Compact Rifle, Mission 4 rifle, and Byrna SD/SD XL kinetic Kits. We CAN NOT ship the MAX or PEPPER projectiles or PEPPER KITS to NY State.
- We do not currently ship ANY products to New York City (5-Boroughs and Yonkers.)
