What Byrna models does the Custom ShadowFlex Holster Shell fit?
Custom ShadowFlex Holster Shells are available for select Byrna SD, CL, CL XL and LE configurations. Select your exact Byrna model when ordering because the shells are formed for the selected launcher and are not universal.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Choose the custom artwork option and upload your photo, artwork, pattern or authorized logo. High-resolution original files provide the best results.
Is the custom graphic a sticker?
No. The design is infused into the exterior surface of the ShadowFlex shell rather than being applied as a conventional vinyl sticker.
Can I use a photograph for my custom Byrna holster?
Yes. Original high-resolution photographs are recommended. Small screenshots, thumbnails and blurry or heavily compressed images may not reproduce well.
Will my entire uploaded image appear on the holster?
Not always. Because a holster is a three-dimensional shape, artwork may need to be cropped, resized or repositioned to fit the shell properly.
Will the finished colors exactly match my phone or computer screen?
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Screen settings, source artwork, materials and the production process can cause differences between a digital image and the finished physical product.
Can I use my company logo or other artwork?
Yes, provided you own the artwork or have authorization to reproduce it. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use it.
Can a custom ShadowFlex holster shell be returned?
Because each custom shell is made for the customer's selected Byrna configuration and design, standard returns may be restricted. Manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors by S.A. Self Defense should be reported for review.
