Thank you for choosing S.A. Self Defense. We take pride in offering high-quality, reliable self-defense products. This warranty outlines your rights as a customer and our commitment to product support and service.

1. Warranty Coverage

S.A. Self Defense offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all eligible products, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper care.

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, applies only to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable.

⚠️ Warranty registration must be completed and approved within 30 days of purchase for the warranty to be valid. Failure to register your product within this timeframe may result in denial of warranty coverage.

2. Covered Under Warranty

  • Manufacturing or material defects
  • Malfunctions during normal, intended use
  • Failures of components that affect performance
  • Accessories sold directly by S.A. Self Defense
  • .68 Caliber Ammunition: Defects in manufacturing that cause the round to break, deform, or become unusable under normal use or when properly inserted into compatible magazines or launchers
  • Holsters: Structural or material failures (e.g., cracked Kydex, defective retention hardware, or broken belt clips) that affect normal function or safety

3. Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Improper use, abuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dings, scuffs, fading)
  • Damage from exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or storage issues
  • Accidental damage, loss, or theft
  • Ammunition damage caused by misuse, dropping, crushing, or exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures
  • Holster wear from normal use, surface scratches, or color fading
  • Products not purchased directly from S.A. Self Defense or an authorized dealer

4. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, you must:

  2. Receive approval confirmation from S.A. Self Defense (email or confirmation notice)
  3. Provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  4. Submit a completed warranty claim form
  5. For Ammo Claims:
    • You must include a clear image of the broken or deformed ammo round
    • You must include an image of the magazine where the round was placed or attempted to be loaded
    • Claims missing these images may be delayed or denied
  6. For Holster Claims:
    • Include images clearly showing the damage or defect
  7. If requested, return the product for inspection (shipping instructions will be provided)

5. Resolution Options

6. Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for shipping the product to S.A. Self Defense for evaluation.
If the product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Magazine Placement Guarantee

All S.A. Self Defense .68 Caliber Ammo is designed and tested to withstand normal magazine loading and storage without breaking or deforming.
If a round fails under proper magazine placement or insertion during normal use, it may be eligible for replacement under this warranty.
(Proof of breakage and compatible magazine images are required for verification.)

8. Limitation of Liability

S.A. Self Defense shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, personal injury, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any product.

9. Additional Notes

Holster Durability: Each holster is built from premium materials and tested for long-term use, but warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing or material defects only.

Ammunition Testing: Independent testing confirms that S.A. Self Defense .68 caliber rounds remain stable and functional for up to three (3) years when stored properly. However, official warranty protection applies for one (1) year from the purchase date.
